Week Two Wellness Challenge

Well. I won’t lie to you. I struggled with week one. I’d get busy and forget to workout one of the days. I didn’t get as much sleep as I should have.

This week, I am definitely going to try and stick with it. I’m in the process of moving, but I won’t let that stop me.

The challenges this week are low sugar and more veggies! So instead of a donut, maybe have an orange! (I know, I know… donuts are so good.)
